In this course, I will guide you step by step in felting the beautiful shape of the Water Crystal of Gratitude.

I will share my preferred materials and felting techniques to create transparency, explore variations in felt thickness, and achieve a smooth surface with a solid, well-defined structure.

As an art therapist and energy worker, I always combine technical skills with personal development. Felt-making is a powerful medium for transforming inner states and gently reorienting ourselves toward greater clarity and well-being.

In this course, I offer guidance to help you consciously connect with the feeling of gratitude. Living in the frequency of gratitude means nourishing this quality in every cell of the body and allowing it to ripple into all areas of life.

On a technical level, this course will help you develop skills in sophisticated surface design felting, opening new creative possibilities. The techniques can be transferred to create your own individual water crystal forms.

On a personal level, this class supports a deeper connection to gratitude —
often described as an open door to abundance and happiness.

Which materials you will need:

• Felt pad e.g. bubble foil, bamboo mat or towel

• Template material (e.g. foam foil); 15 cm x 15 cm

• small bowl for water

• water sprayer or sponge

• gauze or thin foil to cover

• A bar of Soap (e.g. olive soap; skin-friendly)

• normal scissors, as well as small pointed and sharp embroidery scissors

• Merino prefelt in white

I use approx. 20 x 40 cm of prefelt

• merino wool roving in white (approx. 3 - 5 g merino roving (19 mic))
